Description: New to golf? Want to feel confident at your next work tournament? This session is for you! We'll cover the basics—rules, etiquette, what to bring, and how to navigate the course—so you can step onto the fairway with ease.

Class #3: Golf Mobility for a Better Swing
Location: Zoom
Description: Join Certified Athletic Therapist, Megan Sullivan to enhance mobility and strength for your golf swing. Learn effective exercises and stretches you can do all winter to build a stronger, more flexible body—helping you swing easier and prevent injuries for a pain-free season.

End of Season Nine & Dine | September 2024
Iron Ladies celebrated the end of the season with a Nine & Dine at Oakville Executive Golf Course! The day featured a fun 9-hole scramble, followed by dinner, drinks, and exciting prizes. Iron Ladies enjoyed an incredible day at Osler Bluff Ski Club in Collingwood - skiing, snowshoeing, lunch and apres ski wine tasting!
2023 Iron Lady Open | September 2023
It was an incredible day of fun, friendship and golf at the beautiful Toronto Ladies Golf Club. The day included marketplace shopping, tips from our coaches, prizes and a delicious dinner. The theme was “Swing Into the Wild” and the Iron Ladies did not disappoint! Watch the Instagram Reel.
